Click HERE to register for the
Coaching Cohort for Caregivers 10/14 & 10/16

According to a recent CCP, Inc. study, 85% of employees experience some kind of conflict in the workplace and 49% of that happens as a result of personality clashes and egos! What if we were able to shift our mindsets and realize where the conflict really lies…not with the person(s) but with the situation?

In this program we:
– Discover our behaviors when approaching conflict and personal “Hot Buttons”
– Explore the power of a positive approach to conflict
– Connect responsive behaviors to mindsets
– Commit to making conflict a constructive tool

Using the Conflict Dynamics Profile Assessment Tool to promote self and situational awareness this program empowers individuals, groups and organizations to become more resilient by making personal mind-sets and team cultures a place where conflict is constructive!

The Essentials Toolbox

Connect with simple changes that provide joy.

The Being of Doing
(Decreasing Stress by
Understanding the WHY)

A “To Do” List is a practice most of us rely on. What if we expand that list (and our mindset) to reflect how the tasks add value to our state of “being”?

In this program we :
Discover the connection between the To-Do List and personal values.
Explore how to individualize our lists.
Connect tasks with our core values
Commit to task completion by support core values.

By a simple expansion and then regular reflection on our trusty To-Do Lists we can naturally heighten our self-awareness, be more intentional with our resources and make the hard things on the list a little easier to get done.

Minding the Gap
(Decreasing Stress through
Time Management)

Time is a gift and there is so much opportunity we give away in the often forgotten times of transition during our day.

In this program we:
– Discover “gaps” in our daily, project and long term schedules.
-Explore personal and professional areas which could benefit from a little extra attention.
Connect transition times with practices to meet individualized needs.
Commit to reflection and the use of the practices which prove valuable.

By recognizing “gaps” we can be intentional with pockets of time to become more resilient and to set ourselves up for greater success without having given up any additional time out of the day!

Strength-Awareness: The Power in Knowing
(Avoiding Burnout &
Minimizing Coping)

People’s greatest assets are their strengths. However, not everyone is clear about what their strengths are or how to make the most of them.

Using the Strengths Profile we will:
Discover individual realized and unrealized strengths, learned behaviors and weaknesses.
Explore ways to improve outcomes and avoid burnout.
Connect personalized areas of strengths and resources.
Commit to individualized goals through planning.

The goal of this program is for individuals/teams to have a clear understanding of where their strengths lie. Participants will learn how/when to utilize areas of strengths and how to develop underutilized strengths to increase motivation and decrease burnout.
