ST Wellness
Well-being and resilience are vital to our professional and personal roles. We must replenish and manage personal resources in order to protect mental, emotional and physical health and a team/organization’s culture.
ST Wellness programs provide tools for awareness and simple, accessible practices to promote continuous replenishment for better daily living!
Caregivers and Educators have so much in common, especially in that their roles are extra taxing on personal resources! They give so much, usually to the point of depletion. They have so few resources to refuel and often do not even realize the need to. ST Wellness offers specialized programming for caregivers and educators in order to help them strengthen resilience and better well-being.

What are clients saying?
I was searching for something meaningful for my faculty to use not only in the classroom but also in their personal life to help them feel comfortable when faced with conflict. Wendy created a comprehensive curriculum that did just that. My faculty enjoyed Wendy’s wealth of educational knowledge, her unique understanding of what it is like to be an educator, and the way she openly discussed how we can shape the way we react to conflict. One of the best professional development we have had in a long time!
Wendy has been a wonderful asset to Cure SMA’s educational support programs for the spinal muscular atrophy community, with a special focus on caregivers. She has presented through our Summit of Strength Program in various cities across the country, as well as at our Annual SMA Conference, and continues to receive positive feedback for her valuable insights. She invites participants to explore simple ways to practice their daily self-care, understand their values, better use resources, and establish effective task organization to help minimize stress, improve wellness, and persevere with purpose. Wendy has been fantastic to work with.
Wendy has passion for purpose driven education and the skills to implement any given subject with clear insight. I approached Wendy to develop a patient focused educational program for families living with rare disease. As a result, she developed and presented “Holistic Inspirations” which has become a highly regarded program and resource for the rare disease community. I am grateful for her passion, expertise and willingness to support others. I admire her high standards, work ethic and compassion for others; she always makes others feel included, important and heard.
